Rick has been a Trustee of the Travis County ESD#6 (Lake Travis Fire/Rescue) Relief & Retirement Fund since plan inception (October 2007). He is a civilian trustee who lives in Lakeway, TX.

Before retiring and moving to Lakeway Rick was a principal and consulting actuary with the Houston office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1982. Rick’s professional experience was concentrated on consulting with sponsors of employee benefit plans, primarily post-retirement income and medical benefit plans.

Clients include governmental agencies and private-sector employers. Prior assignments include strategic planning and forecasting, qualified and non-qualified plan design, installation, communication, and ongoing compliance and administration.
